Day 1: ARRIVAL
Arrival at Gualdo Tadino (PG) after picking up your car where required (airport, rail, city center) and accommodation at the beautiful HOTEL BORGO TERRE DEL VERDE

Rest of the day at leisure to relax and start enjoying the “green heart of Italy”: Umbria
We can suggest to visit GUBBIO to discover its Etruscan and Roman origins, still preserved in many buildings and squares of the center. This charming town will bring you back several centuries ago! Do not forget to visit also GUALDO TADINO that keeps the same characteristics.

Day 2: PERUGIA / ASSISI – WINE TASTING AT A CASTLE
Breakfast at the Village. In the morning we suggest to visit ASSISI: St. Francis hometown where you can visit the medieval center and the 2 beautiful Churches: one dedicated to St. Francis and another to Santa Maria degli Angeli that keeps inside like a treasure the “Porziuncola” that’s the first little Church built by the Saint. You can also choose to visit PERUGIA: its beautiful center is represented by the Piazza IV Novembre together with the steep alleys which lead to the oldest walls. The square is surrounded by splendid buildings, and in the centre stands the Fontana Maggiore. Another side of the square is occupied by the Palazzo dei Priori, which was in the Middle Ages the residence of the principal political authorities of the city. The other side of the square is occupied by the Cathedral of San Lorenzo of the 1300s. 
In the afternoon, enjoy the visit of a local Castle with wine tasting of local wines.

Day 3: TUSCANY

Breakfast at the Village and depart for Tuscany. Along the way you will have the chance to stop in some interesting Italian typical area like Trasimeno Lake or Arezzo.

Day 4: COOKING CLASS
Breakfast at the Villa and morning at leisure. In the afternoon (4.00/7.00 pm) cooking class at a local specialized restaurant. You will learn how to prepare the most delicious and typical Tuscan dishes. The class will end with dinner based on what prepared, accompanied with excellent local wine.

Day 5: FLORENCE – COOKING CLASS
Breakfast at the Villa and departure to FLORENCE “the cradle of Renaissance”. Visit the splendid Duomo with Giotto Bell’s Tower and Brunelleschi Cupola, Signoria Square with the imposing Loggia dei Lanzi and the copy of David by Michelangelo. 
In the afternoon (4.00/7.00 pm) enjoy your cooking class in Florence. Learn how to prepare other Tuscan dishes with a wide choice of menus. After the lesson, taste what you have cooked and drink selected and matching wine. 
Return to the Villa for overnight.
