Giovane / Matilde di Shabran, . The lovely hill town of Macerata at the foothills of the Abruzzi mountains,
lies 25 km from the Adriatic coast. There, in the enchanting ambience of the Arena
Sferisterio you can enjoy performances from Verdi, Puccini and others. The town offers many excursion possibilities to nearby Loreto, the Frasassi Caves and the
