Day 1

LIMA

Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Welcome to Peru and let's have a toast with Pisco Sour. Pisco is the most famous typical Peruvian drink, it is a "quebranta grape" liquor that comes from a city called "Pisco", located at 250 km. south of Lima, Department of Ica, and has become known worldwide, just like Tequila in Mexico.

Day 2

LIMA

Breakfast. In the morning we will visit the city, we will stroll around the main streets, squares and avenues and enjoy the beautiful monuments. We will go to the Main Square where we will have a view of the Presidential and Municipal Palaces, the Cathedral in which lies the tomb of the Spanish Conqueror Francisco Pizarro and the museum of Religious Art. Then we will visit the residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores until we arrive at the beach viewpoint where you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean. Afternoon at leisure. Day 3

LIMA /

CUSCO

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Departure to Cusco city. Reception and transfer to the hotel chosen. Welcome gathering with "coca tea" that will help our travelers to get used to the local weather. Rest of the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, we will visit the imperial city, we will go into the Cathedral where you will enjoy beautiful woodwork and colonial paintings containing extensive Inca iconography. Then, we will visit the Korikancha, the Temple of the Sun, where the Convent of Santo Domingo was built; legend sais this temple was completely laminated in gold that impressed the conquerors at their arrival. Then we will go to the Artisans' Quarters of San Blas and visit the church to see the pulpit with its impressive carved woodwork. It is time to do some shopping at the most famous artisans' market in the city.

Day 4

CUSCO

Breakfast. During the morning, we will ascend to the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman an will visit Q'enqo, old temple of the Puma; Tambomachay, Sacred fountain of life and health; Puca Pucara, watchtower safeguarding the city gates and Sacsayhuaman fortress, we will enjoy the view of huge stones reaching 4 mts. high each that were used in its construction. Travelers have the rest of the afternoon at leisure to visit the other historical places included in the Cusco entrance passport. Accommodation.

Day 5

CUSCO / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO

Breakfast and transfer to the station to get on board of the train to Lost Citadel of Incas of "Machu Picchu",  considered as the New Spiritual Center of the World. We will go through the corridors, visiting the ceremonial centers and terraces. Buffet lunch. We will return to Cusco by train in the afternoon. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 6

CUSCO /

PUNO

Breakfast. Transfer to the bus station. Departure in a regular tourist bus to Puno. In the way we will visit the Chapel of Andahuaylillas and one of the most important temples to Wiracocha God in Racchi, where we will see the vestiges of the columns that held the roof and its different places. Having many archaeological vestiges this place is not quite visited. This excursion will provide us a real Andean experience because we will enjoy high –Andean views, stopping when necessary or when requested in order to take pictures. Lunch on board . Before arriving to Puno we will visit the archaeological site museum of Pucara. Arrival to Puno and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 7

PUNO

Breakfast. In the morning, short excursion to Sacred Lake of Incas "Titicaca" to visit the Floating Islands of the Uros Community an old pre-inca community that took refuge on the waters of this lake, running away from Colonist Empire. We will see how native people make their rafts using totora reeds (plant of the lake). In the afternoon, departure by bus to pre-Inca cemetery of Hatun Colla Chiefs in Sillustani at the shore of the Lake Umayo. Such burial tombs called "Chullpas" may reach as high as 6 meters tall. Return to Puno. Accomodation.

Day 8

PUNO /

LA PAZ

Breakfast. Departure by bus to Copacabana. On our way, visit tows of Juli and Pomata. Arrival and visit to Sanctuary of Virgen Morena. Boarding on catamarán to cross the Sacred lake of Incas. "Titicaca". Lunch on board . Visit to the Sun Island and the touristic complex of "Inti Wata", where we will visit Underground Site Museum, pre-Inca agricultural terraces soled with high plateau typical plants and see Andean camelids such as: lamas, alpacas and huanacos. We will have an Andean ceremony with a witch doctor Kallawaya. We continue crossing the lake until port of Chua. Arrival and transfer to the hotel in La Paz. Accommodation.

Day 9

LA PAZ

Breakfast. During the afternoon, visit to a typical indian market, famous Market of Witch Doctors and the Colonial Church of San Francisco. Then we will visit Plaza Murillo, where the Metropolitan Cathedral, Gobernment Palace and the Parliament are located. Then visit the famous colonial street "Calle Jaén", where the most important museums of the city are located. Changing the setting, the tour take us to the residential places of Obrajes, Calacoto and La Florida. The tour ends with a visit to the spectacular Moon Valley. Accommodation.

Day 10

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport at the time agreed.
